I have been going to Queens nails for a year and a half now since 2022 , until December 2023, but I can honestly say I’ve HAD ENOUGH of the disrespect I received from the nail tech “Cindy”, I’ve been going to this lady for a year I went last December 2023 to get Christmas colors , the nails are $45 dollars to get them done I guess they charge more when your nails are not done, which is crazy to me, anyways I was upset for her charging me an extra $5 dollars just using 3 colors on my hand, NO DESIGN JUST 3 Colors which made m... read more

The lady was very disrespectful had the doors locked on the establishment talking about she done for today that she was doing appointments only when I called her than she hanged up on me
I have been going here for years and have loved my nails every time. The staff is very skilled and I always feel better after I come here. Definitely my favorite place to go for a pampering.
Michele is a pleasure. Does good work quickly. Salon is clean, uses plastic liners in the pedi tubs, and staff always wear masks.
