The salon manager was pleasant enough, but bless her she needs to work on her visual awareness. I showed her the nails that were shaped completely wrong, and she simply said, It’s okay. Pardon? No, darling. It’s not okay. I’m quite particular about the shape of my nails (as I clearly mentioned), and told the tech not to cut them. Of course, she cut them anyway as if scissors had a mind of their own and then left them looking like a DIY job gone wrong. Awesome experience. Came to this salon because evidently the spa inside Cheerokee Casino is not very well staffed. Got to this nail salon and had a great experience definitely one of the best pedicures I've gotten and I recommend the Queen Deluxe Pedicure it was well worth the price and my nail tech was a sweet heart Would have taken her home if they would have let me😚🥰🥰❤️❤️❤️

I was skeptical about going back, although I’ve been multiple times with no issues, due to recent post about bad experiences, but once again, i was 100% satisfied. They were professional, done exactly what i asked, on both my hands and feet. I would definitely recommend going here, Ask for Lena, Megan or Michelle. ❤️ they’ve always done really good work on me.

Ok , not great. Horrible if you have a problem with the nail and need a repair. Then very rude. Zero customer service.
