Before arriving I called and asked do they offer soak offs, the lady answering the phone repeated the question back to me and responded yes. Upon arrival I had to wait a few minutes, which wasn’t a problem at all. I was sat witch one technician and she began drilling my nails & removing the gel/thinning our the acrylic I previously had on my nails. I just got a regular pedicure from this place, and look at how shitty it is. It's almost laughable how bad my toes look right now. And it was $29. $29 for this AWFUL job? And before you think it was my polish, nope, it was a relatively new color that I've used multiple times before with no issues. So this was simply the result of a bad job done by the nail tech. I will never be going here again, and I recommend you not go here either.

The ladies at Queen Nails are so kind and do a great job on my nails. Unlike at other nail salons in the area, I never feel like they’re rushing to get me out the door. They take their time, pay attention to the details, and do quality work. My nails always look great and my mani and pedi lasts longer than when I visit other salons. I highly recommend Queen Nails.
