I have cracked heals and took a few people with me. Half way through the pedicure I asked if the attendant would shave my heals. She stated they are not allowed. Istated that was my only purpose in getting a peticure. I paid and the man asked about adding a tip. I explained I spent $75 and still have cracked heals. He recommended I go to Robertsdale for that. I recommend they post or inform customers of their limitations in advance.

Worst Service I have ever had anywhere. I had pedicure, gel nails done on Wednesday, by Saturday I had lost one nail completely. I went in on Monday, she replaced that one: I had just left and noticed two more were falling away. I immediately went back, was told to sit and wait. I could not wait and told him I would come back today. Last evening I lost two more nails, I thought they should have done all of them over..
