I walked in first time there. The eldest lady took me. She was a bit rough. I was sore after. It was cheap but you get what you pay for. Two of my nails were crooked. Will be looking for another place.
I'm writing to express my disappointment with my experience today. Mimi was disrespectful and unprofessional. I asked for a design on my toes, and she refused with an attitude. The service cost $65 without the design. I felt unfairly treated and suspect racial bias. Additionally, Henry has been rude and aggressive. I can no longer tolerate his behavior. I request immediate action to ensure respectful treatment for all customers.

Very bad experience. The guy doing my nails would walk away to smoke . One nail already fell off. Mind you I did my nails last week. 😒 never going back June 21st today is June 28th 😤
