I have been coming to queen nails for about three months now, and I could not be happier with the service I receive each time. Hannah and Lisa are beyond amazing. They both make sure that you are comfortable and feel pampered each time you come. Not to mention the staff makes it a point to know your name and they both thank you personally for coming in to see them. Needless to say I will continue coming to see these amazing ladies 🥰🥰💅🏾💅🏾

The service was ok. I booked 3 pedicures together, but they just didn’t understand that we all wanted to have services performed together. I was instructed to sit and let my feet soak, thought they were just being nice because I was there 1st. Nope, my services were almost half way through by the time the last one in the group got there. The nails looked nice but then when I got home and changed, my big toe nail was so rough it snagged my skirt. 70 bucks for mediocre work and they practically beg for a tip. Never going back. This was just polish no gel either.

I love Lisa's work! I have followed her around phoenix until she bought her own salon. Everyone is very nice.
