This placed CHANGED. Very crowded, longer wait times. They will bill you there and then may still send you a bill after which does not make sense because you are not allowed to see a doctor or get any service or step near the back room unless you pay. Dr. Monica is intelligent & lovely, she told me she is not a doctor she is a Physician’s Assistant although the office will refer to her as Dr. Monica. Good medical clinic
Went to a Dr visit on a Monday and and to have a form fill out. the form was filled out wrong by the incompetence, rude and unprofessional, unorganized staff working there. Fast foward to two weeks later and still no form. I have spoken to different staff, one named "Senai" (very rude and unprofessional) puts me on hold without letting me know and kept me on hold for almost 25 min.
