Due to complications during my labor I was told to see my primary care physician (Dr. Freya) the first time I visited her in 2022 she was nice . However this last time I visited her she seemed off. She was sassy, dismissive, rude and not very empathetic….. i love doctors they’re usually very nice and helpful, just not the doctor here.
Dr Freya Marone is hands down the worst doctor you can possibly be seen by! Not only does she show little to no care for her patients but she even goes as far as calling her patients stupid! And no I’m not making this up! She literally called my mother stupid! She lacks the most basic levels of professionalism and respect any normal human being should have and is in a terrible attitude the entire time she’s seeing you! If you hate your job just quit! It’s nobody’s fault that you hate your life!
Doctor Freya Marone is very disrespectful and comes off as unprofessional. My mother was getting a check up and the doctor called her stupid and had a nasty attitude toward her for not getting a EKG even thou she had one done a month ago . The nurses had to apologize to my mother due to her unprofessional and disrespectful attitude. It’s a shame that I wasn’t there to protect my mother from such a nasty and disrespectful so called doctor . I thought she was in good hands .
This office started off so good but it has become terrible at the hand of Dr Freya Marone! She lacks an ounce of respect and profesionalism for her patients. She has gone as far as insulting patients! She lacks and type of patience and it all together just feels like she hates her job and even you! Please avoid this place!
