Dr. Laura is a bad doctor who i consider 0 doctor ethics.... they changed the zoom call from laat year. I waa an exvepfion because i have a hysterectony done couldnt move because i was spotting needed a letter from her because my insurance was going to provide transportation and unfortunately couldnt because they force me to go in person for the letter and i said no , so i could not get free transportation. Very very slow service, I wait almost 6 hours & doing nothing worst medical I ever see
Was saddened to learn that my PCP was no longer in this location but for my annual physical in July, I was assigned to see Dr. Ralph Rubio instead. I instantly didn’t get a good feeling from him but how bad could things go if it’s just a physical? He was condescending and placed doubt whenever I’d answer any of his questions. He examined my neck and claimed to have felt a lump. Referred me to get an ultrasound for the thyroid. Got that taken care of and went back to him to review the results.
