Jackie (the receptionist) deserves -1 star! She is rude, impatient, uncare about patients and disregard patients' privacy! I gave 1 star and it's only for Dr.Ip. please stay away from this medical centre if Jackie is still working here!
They need to hire a new receptionist. Imagine going into see a doctor on the worst day of your life only to be bullied and ridiculed by the receptionist who clearly has zero customer service training let alone basic human decency. Doc if you are seeing this and wondering why your reviews are so low consider hiring staff that know basic human interaction and how to RESPECT your patients.
Receptionist is rude and impatient. I did not been there couple years because I do not have any health issues. She said my file is removed because spot is for the people who need. I don’t want to waste medical resources, so I don’t want to go. What’s more, she also mentioned that I had a bad record because I booked an appointment and I did not show up.
