This is absolutely absurd. Mable has been extremely rude and unprofessional, and she clearly needs to learn how to speak to people with basic manners and respect. I called simply to get information Instead of being helpful, she has made the situation more frustrating with her attitude and lack of professionalism. I am only asking for clear information, proper communication, and the basic respect that anyone deserves. Please train her about customer service.
i been living in these apartments for quite some time now. maintenance barely shows up, had to call multiple times to have them come. i don’t know if im the only one with this problem but 2 months after moving in i not mice!! which im not a big fan of!! i’ve told the office multiple times, i have no clue where they come from, i have to cover many holes i found in the ground because they are coming from the ground! and they are coming from behind the stove. this is the first time this has ever happened to me!! looking forward... read more
ive lived in queens manor apartments for 19 years and overall it has been a great experience the property is well maintained and the landscaping always looks clean and inviting. the managment team is very responsive and professional maintenance request are usually handled within 24 hours , and the staff is friendly and respectful. i especially appreciate the office staff they are very welcoming and help with whatever information you need.
