I have been here for about 5 years and I have a few issues with my rent, but they have been there for me through and through. I wouldn't live no where else. I love those guys in the office, they are the greatest.
Everything that was said about this property is true. This place needs to be shut down. For over a year they kept sending court documents about rent that is owed only to get a follow-up document that case has been dismissed. They do not return emails or phone calls. There are thieves who keep stealing packages. Whenever you report it to the office they don't do anything. The pest are more than tenants. The county needs to investigate this property they are doing a disservice to the tenants.
No rentes en este lugar irresponsable con documentos de corte, mantenimiento trata mal a cualquier persona que reclame por un trabajo mal hecho prácticamente solo pintar y maltratar a las personas saben, tengo 6 meses y no me cambian la maquina de lavar platos pero si te llegan estas cartas a cada rato y lo peor el dia de hoy se supone que tenia que mandar los documentos y me entregan la carta a las 5:00pm del dia de hoy 05/27/25 …..mi empleador no trabaja despues de las 5:00 pm para entregarme los payroll de igual forma sie... read more
