Was quoted one price (which was already high) for a repair but didn’t want to spend my Saturday evening shopping to get my chain fixed (now regretting). I was charged over 20% more upon pick up. The possibility of change in price was never mentioned beforehand. Seemed like dishonest work, but I paid and moved on with my day. Will definitely not recommend to anyone and will not bring future business.

Flat out lied about what they were gonna do with repairing my necklace said they would replace the stones and fix the chain. Originally quoted me 50 bucks to fix the chain then quoted me 70 to fix the stones and chain . I paid 70 bucks but when I got my necklace back, the stoneso were not repaired and they told me that was not part what I paid for.
