Had an appraisal with Ash this Saturday morning in Queens. Ash was professional and very helpful with answering questions we had and even clarifying information that we didn't even know we were interested in. He was personable and easy to talk with. Ash did an extremely thorough job on site and made certain that we received a very detailed report that helped us make an informed decision during our real estate transaction. I will definitely refer Homeland Appraisals in the future

Ash from Homeland Appraisals performed our appraisal last minute while he was very busy. The property had a lot of unique features and elements that Ash was able to assess and appraise. His report was very thorough, professional, and in my opinion, accurate. It helped my wife and I to decide on how we should proceed with our home purchase with confidence. Ash was also very willing to answer any questions we had and followed up with us, we really appreciate his hard work. Highly recommended.
