They mistreated my partner so badly (medical negligence, malpractice, and civil rights violations) that he suffered extreme acute psychosis as a result
The people are always working here, good to see. I went in for a foreign object stuck in my eye. The nurse and front desk were so helpful. After I had been admitted and went into the patient room. 10 minutes later I was met by a very nice doctor/nurse. They were so helpful and would 10/10 go here for any other issues I might have in the future. Thank you guys for being the Realest Medical Hospital!!! Not saying the VA hospital is horrible. But I will say this hospital is way better.
The worst hospital I’ve ever been to! No bed side manners at all. My father was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer and his DR did not want to tell him, so I had to! The cover up for one another! Please DO NOT GO!
They canceled my appointment last minute because they waited until Friday to tell me I needed a referral—nowhere near enough time to get one and keep my appointment for Monday. They made no effort to obtain it themselves, and even after referral department received it, they didn’t try to keep my original appointment. I ended up missing a day of work for nothing.
