Awesome customer service, my garage door wouldn't close and blinked 10 times so I called this place and they immediately told me it's super minor and that I would just have to make sure the sensors are correctly aligned and no spider webs blocking the lenses. From there it was fixed immediately and I didn't have to pay a dime thing or two. Truly Honest Company. Could not have had a better experience!!
Ed the manager had examine the problem with me over the phone, by asking many questions before sending someone out. Very knowledgeable and "GREAT" customer service. The service man also name Ed was very thorough, explain everything before he started work. He took a total of one hour. Highly recommended.
