I called a Tuesday morning for an appointment, and was scheduled the next day at 6:30 pm for an appointment - I thought this was perfect that they had evening hours. I was told to go to the 3rd floor when making my appointment, I got there and the stairs and elevator were blocked and "broken" with signs hanging.
