I will only call my doctor(this office) for refills now. I have a doctor but most times I go I have to see a resident. I called the number ages ago looking for a doctor, NOT a group of doctors, MOST I only see once. That is NOT continuity of care. I asked 2 times ago that if I only want to see my doctor will they just tell me to go elsewhere and get a doctor as this is how things work here.
