I am sorry to give one star. I have travelled over 50 miles on a third time to pick up a prescription reading glass. I again found that the order was not processed correctly. This time the issue was due to "computer glitch." Instead of a reading glass they ordered a pair of glass for for driving, which I don't need now. The technician called Ruby was professional in her dealings but I had to waste over 6 hours of my time driving - not to mention the tolls and gas for the car. Unacceptable......
