I found this place through Zocdoc &they had same day appointments for new patients. I called to confirm if they took my insurance (Healthfirst Medicaid) &thankfully, they did. SINCE I am a new patient, I am expecting to wait for the whole process to go through before they see me. Took quicker than I thought and the staff was super kind, instructive &patient with the vision exams and all that. We have been loyal customers of this eye care facility for over 26 years, and it used to be a pleasure to visit. The service was exceptional, and the staff truly cared about their clients. It was a dependable place where we could address all our eye care needs, including glasses, with confidence and satisfaction. Unfortunately, the quality of service has drastically declined. Clean, friendly staff, short wait time and highly qualified doctors. Been coming here for years - very satisfied with my check-ups. My first visit was due to some blurriness in my left eye - they prescribed some drops and assured me everything was okay because I was very nervous. I really appreciated the patience and attention I received from my optometrist. Since then this has been my go to place! Convenient location also right across from HMART and Paris Baguette. Highly recommend.
