My appointment today with Dr Maximilian was really refreshing. I’ve never had a dentist make me feel so comfortable and at ease. The staff here were so kind to me and made me feel welcome and at home instead of just another person. I can safely say I found my new dentist!
I've heard before that the receptionist makes or breaks the experience at any doctor's office and I definitely have found that to be true. The lady at the front desk was incredible. She went above and beyond to help me figure out if my insurance was active and found a way to squeeze me in at the last second on the same day for an appointment. All the staff were very friendly and personable and it made the entire experience was very pleasant.
My first visit was great! My inlay broke and I had a bad toothache and I was able to be seen the same day and the staff were very professional and friendly. My second visit I had a root canal and I was very nervous about it but the staff and Dr Marks put me at ease and I didn't feel any pain and before I knew it it was over! Again, Dr Marks and the entire staff were very professional and made me feel at ease. I highly recommend Queens Emergency Dental!
My past experiences with dentists were pretty rough, but everyone here has been really kind to me. I'm thankful to God, Dr. Max, Dr. Mark, and his assistant Lina for their care and commitment to their work. I feel incredibly lucky and grateful to have found this dental practice.
