Let me start off by saying they added my son to the schedule as a same day add on and I did not have to wait long at all. The front desk staff was very pleasant and Nicole the medical assistant was a doll. She was extremely nice and professional.The physician was also great and provided me with a lot of information. I will definitely recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a good dermatologist.
I've been coming here for about 10 years over the years I've been very satisfied with the services but my experience lastnight was horrible I booked a follow up about a month ago I didn't realize that my referral would expire 9/11. The young women that booked my appointment didn't even bother to check. The old staff would always double check to make sure you don't waste your time. Obviously the new staff doesn't care. All dermatologist of Bayside Queens Dermatologist are professional and have extra training in all their services. They take time with all their patients, answering all their questions. I will command them in all my friends.
