I had a great experience during my SkinPen treatment. Emily was very kind and professional and made me feel comfortable from the start. She clearly explained all of the pre-care and post-care instructions, which I really appreciated. Awful office Awful office manager Awful experience- BEWARE and ask for credentials! Made an appointment with a doctor got swapped to a PA who failed to remove an angioma ( as in ever~ it did not come back it was never removed ) - office reply There are no guarantees you can try again for $650 … but first come in for an office visit ( … I’m guessing so they can charge insurance again)
For over 5 years, Dr. Yagudayev and PA Emily continue to offer me excellent, friendly, thorough skin care assessments, monitoring, and fast, easy, successful treatment of pre-cancerous keratoses on my scalp, skin rashes, and severe toenail fungus. They were especially helpful and successful to obtain prior insurance authorization for my preferred alternative prescription treatments. I highly recommend them especially for annual skin cancer screenings.
Leo and Emily were great! They answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable
