I’ve been a patient here for over a decade.. I just called to ask a simple question and was met with such an attitude and improper communication from one of the medical assistants. Instead of letting me know that I’d have to make a new appointment to request a refill of an ointment, she was passive aggressive. All it takes is some patience and kindness. I won’t be returning solely due to how this simple phone call was handled. So rude.
I am seeing Dr. Zuckerman for over 20 years. Obviously if I see someone that long they must be excellent. Over that time he made a lot things on my body disappear and for that I’m grateful. Sincerely, Michael Rossetti.
