I walked in to get information because I’m looking for a new dermatologist. Unfortunately, the front desk interaction felt unprofessional and unhelpful. No information was provided, and I was simply pointed to a wall that says “Dermatology,” which felt dismissive. If there was a way for me to put zero stars, I would’ve.. Wow, it’s incredible. 一直看李医生十几年了。也介绍了好多亲戚朋友过去，大家都很满意。昨天又去点了两颗痣，好奇问医生，为什么她们的谷歌评分这么低，李医生无奈的表示，一般觉得好的病人不会再谷歌留好评，她们觉得没必要花钱刷屏。每天都好多病人，忙都忙不完了。至于前台接待态度差我觉得所有诊所都差不多，那么忙的情况下，没几个人能有耐心了。医生好就行，前台又不帮我看病。
Carol Huang is the worst doctor I've seen. Very rude and no caring at all. She will use every opportunity to question you rather than answer your questions. Extremely unprofessional.
