I made an appointment at this doctors office because they assured me on the phone that they where doing sclerotherapy on the face, which only a few very skilled doctors do, so I went all the way to flushing, which took me an hour and waited another hour in the waiting room just for the doctor to tell me that they don't do this procedure there!! Incredibly unprofessional environment. I have never left a medical appointment so filled with such anxiety. A doctor should never be injecting anything anywhere without first explaining the medication, the side effects and the general procedure. After waiting for over an hour for a follow up/ extraction and injection appointment, i was finally called into the room.
