Horrible service
There are no one to speak too, they do not follow up on your text or phone call, it’s nearly impossible to get anything from this company 0/10 for me
Horrible Experience! 1) Can never reach anyone by phone 2) pester you about charges that you already paid 3) The practicioner is constantly a no-show!!! Unbelievable!
Had a horrible experience with NP Justina Momah. She seemed disinterested and kept pushing SSRIs eventhough I told her numerous times it makes my anhedonia worse. I told her she can literally google 'ssri induced anhedonia' if she didnt believe me. For some reason she took offense to this and hung up on me. Worse mental health professional I've ever had to deal with.
DO NOT BOOK. I wish I had seen all these terrible reviews before I booked. Rude, terrible bedside manner, treated me like I wasn't a human being. I've taken an antidepressant for years, and had to suddenly find a new psychiatrist because my insurance changed and my old psychiatrist (who was on maternity leave) no longer accepted my insurance. On top of that, I was about to go out of town for 3 weeks, and needed a refill. I rushed to find a new psychiatrist, and Dr. Momah had an opening. When I explained my situation at the b... read more
