What a great company. Very helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommend for regular school bus maintenance & safety inspections.
We had an appointment with Rafuel at 10AM, we arrived at 9:45AM. No body was in the office, we called and he said he would be arrived at 11AM. I was upset about he didn’t give ahead notice. He said it’s because he didn’t recall our number. I don’t think this is appropriate exuse since we had spoke on the phone and set up the apoointment. Without sincere apology, he told us maybe we should look for another service.
