Unbelievably bad customer service rep. They list the same car online for one price and when you come in to look at it, the same car $2k more expensive. When I spoke with the dealer who actually asked if I need any help, he was super rude when I inquired about the price difference between in store and online.
There was very excellent service. They knew exactly what I needed. They explained the entire process to me. They let me take The car I was interested in for a test drive, and gave me all the information I needed to look up the car and get great insurance coverage. I worked primarily with Keith. He's an absolute gentleman and really knows his stuff.
