losing alot of money this place , just to let the parts manager know , i have called and the only person that has a good attitude is orlando but because of this he is always busy most times which is understandable, the other guys think they are privileged to speak to people how they like , i`ll be putting some names in my next review so the parts manager hopefully addresses this or they will just continue losing money . Shittiest dealership i have been to, went there to buy a lincoln navigator and the representative dave o brien acted in a mean and racist attitude, he didnt even bother to deal in a proper and serious manner. Highly don’t recommend it. I asked him for his visiting card and he just threw it on the table! Is this the way to deal with your customers?
Lincoln of Queens Blvd service has shown themselves to be outstanding in customer service. I have scheduled my 2018 MKC for service and I am a new customer at Lincoln of Queens. They are very accommodating by offering me concierge service pick up and delivery which I’m no longer entitled. That is outstanding customer service.
