Very bad customer service. I bought a flat iron and it was not very hot for a wig when I try to exchange it the lady tried it in front of me and said it’s hot what are you looking for more than this !! Very mean . I drove 45 min to be a customer of this place .
I wish there was a way to give a 0 star rating bc me giving a 1 star is overrated. I’m glad to read the reviews and know that I’m not the only one to feel the same way about this beauty supply. I walked in today and the vibe was off. There was one black chick that spoke to me and helped me while the Asians or whatever their ethnicity may be stood and watched me as if I wanted to steal. I see why the store is just empty with no customers! It’s pitiful!!!! I definitely wouldn’t advise anyone to shop at this store!!!
The worker's are very nice and the prices were good.
