I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Queens Beauty Supply. A "Buy One, Get One Free" sign was placed incorrectly, leading me to believe the items I selected were part of the promotion. When I got to the register, the cashier refused to honor the price and condescendingly tried to "teach" me how to read their signage. I'm a new customer, and since I wasn't familiar with where everything was in the store, I politely asked if I could ask a question. An asian woman working there immediately said, "No," in a very rude manner. It was an unpleasant experience and made me feel unwelcome. If customers can't ask simple questions, especially when they're new to the store, that's disappointing.
