The customer service was great
The product was obviously used before opening. Someone dipped their finger in it.
I do not like the redemption process because you have to save receipts until you have spent 100 then you get something off. The issue is I always loose the receipt.
I was told at checkout that I could return my unused item, but when I came back to do the return, I was told the store manager wasn’t there and to come back the next day. When I called the next day, suddenly returns “aren’t allowed” at all. So not only did they lie, but they wasted my time and kept my money. I’ll never shop here again.
