Great staff. Clean and nice. Vet was excellent with my maxi. Only negative was I had a 7:20 appt. waited til 8 to be seen
Excellent Service. My husband was able to take Our Baby Laila by himself. She has an ear infection, she was prescribed antibiotics and follow up after a week. (Free of charge) .
Unfortunately, the worst experience we’ve ever had. We took our dog here for a diagnose. Long story short, we ended up with a prescribed antibiotic + paying pricey and (we learned later) unnecessary tests recommended by the Vet that were promised to be given a follow-up BUT NEVER DID. We had to chase the staff and the manager (all of them rude) in order to get the results AND turned out that the prescribed antibiotic not only was useless (Vet acknowledged my dog didn’t have what she thought so no antibiotic was necessary) bu... read more
