Poor business practices and unprofessional behavior. I booked and paid a deposit for an online deal that was advertised on her page in December, for the same service I had with no issues in October. The night before my appointment, I asked about a style and price difference and was then told the deal would not be honored, despite receiving appointment reminders. I don’t think words can describe how much the owner really upholds the standards of customer service. I truly appreciate this entire business and will be returning. The space was calm, the service was professional and don’t get me started on the steam wash. My loccs and I are beyond grateful for this experience and will be returning.

This Queen cut both of my son’s hair when they were young and squirrelly and handled like a champ all while she was still in college. She’s DOPE!

My husband Was able to stop in and get a cut from Smitty and he did a great job! Great vibes and conversation as well as great attention to detail! Super nice inside the shop and they were super accommodating and welcoming!
