Absolutely a waste of money. Our pedicure technician was completely incompetent. When I politely but assertively addressed our concerns with how appointment was going at the fromt desk, our technician offered did not offer another solution. All we wanted were the toenails to be filed an adequate length with an electric file (we didnt even want polish). They did not offer to continue to file them manually until we were satisfied.
