Greg was incredible. My bike had been on the verge of breaking down at every possible point (chain, seat, wheels, even my bike lock holder was dangling). He called me and offered to fix it all up at a super reasonable cost and had it riding better than when I first bought it. Was so nice at every step of the way. Couldn’t have been more happy with the service!!!
This is my second time as a customer of the shop, although I've visited a few times before. The first time I used the shop was for free air in my tires. I was treated as a customer for the air even though I didn't spend a dime and that really stuck with me. So when it was time to fix my bike that had issues with the bracket, crank and brakes, QVBwas the first shop to come to mind. Im long over due for writing a review . This is by far my favorite bike shop in the city. Greg, who swears he's not the only person who works there is a gem. He ALWAYS goes above and beyond . I'll go there to get a new tube and he will check make sure nothing is loose, he's more than fair with labor to a point I always bring cash . Fantastic local bike shop. G has tended to my fleet of 5 bicycles over the last several years. Despite running a very busy shop solo, he always turns repairs around quickly— within a few days for weird/major issues, and often the same day for smaller ones. He also patiently explains what’s wrong, helps me order the right parts, and consults me before making any big changes. Highly recommend bringing your bike here for sound advice and solid work!
