Great bike shop. If you want someone who will treat your bike as your own you have to go see Greg in Queen Village. Set up my carbon 105di2 cannot be more thankful. Greg told me he wanted to get my bike done on a certain day.I received a call around 8:45pm from Greg! He stayed an additional 3 hours after the shop closed to complete the project that day for me!!! Top tier place for service. We have got our bikes a yearly tune up here twice now, and they do an extremely thorough job. Would highly recommend.
This place is great! I took my bike in for a puncture and they noticed that my internal gear hub was not shifting properly. In no time they had Shimano replacing the hub under warranty and installed it for FREE! Amazing!
Highly recommend this business! Greg is my go to bike support because he’s super knowledgeable and trustworthy. He listens to what you want out of your bike and gets you there. Truly can’t go wrong here.
I love Queen Village Bicycles! They are so helpful and always refuse to let me pay for small tune ups. They also care and take the time - they've helped me figure out a plan to get my kid off training wheels. Highly recommend!!!
