I’ve lived at Queen View apts for almost a year and a half and have been happy here. Ultimately the pros far outweigh the cons. Pros: ~The building is clean, management is super friendly and responsive, the neighborhood is safe, and the neighbors and other tenants are friendly. ~ Laundry on site ~The apartment has a lot of vintage charm, built in cabinets, hard wood floors, etc. Cons: ~ the building is old, and with that comes some downsides, like an old elevator that is no longer working, and not so great sound insulation (... read more
Apartment manager really cares about the building. Unit very clean upon move in.
