EDIT: Yet another update. Dr. Crouzat is still amazing, but Rosa was (deservedly!) promoted to an area manager. I miss seeing her around but the new front desk staff are great. They've recently put some money into renovating the place and it's coming along great. Any negative reviews you see here are almost certainly from people who caused issues, broke rules, etc. and then didn't want to be accountable for their actions.
