Candace at the front desk is very helpful and cares about the clients for real. Dr cruzat is one of the best iv ever dealt with
Worst place. Worst service, disrespectful staff. Told me I couldn’t get prescribed Suboxone because it was 4 o’clock and they close at 5 o’clock and I’ve never heard of a place still being open but not being able to help my request just because she didn’t feel like working. Why does it feel like I’m being mistreated because of my past bad choices.
I'm not sure how to word this review. There is no accommodation. Having to work is not an excuse to these people. Cheefu is the most ignorant personI have ever met. If I was fragile in my recovery I would have used many times simply after speaking to her. Dr Crouzat is incredible. But again will not accommodate. If you can't leave work the he will refuse to do anything until he sees you. But again, I think this is Cheefu's doing. Again, I have never had any issues with Dr. Crouzat. Best Clinic in the city! Staff are always kind and patient and most importantly treat you with respect and do their best to accommodate you on any given day. Overall just a great atmosphere! And the doctor seems to genuinely care instead of treating you as a number as I felt at other clinics.
Staff are kind and friendly, and go above and beyond their expectations to assist clients. Thank you to the great team they have there.
