Why are there receptionist when they can't make appointments but yet ask you what are you wanting the doctor for? It's invasive and they shouldn't be asking those questions if your only having to be called back by a nurse that will ask you again and if they feel it's important enough to see a GP. People don't call to share their medical issues with a receptionist. If you are ringing to see a GP it's because you want to talk to and see a doctor. What has happened to our system.
