My second time visiting the place and both times the experience has been frustrating, this first time I visited this place in July and Friday wanted to give a second chance and equally bad. First: The place small really really bad, there is not hygiene WHATSOVER, the technicians do not clean or sanitize their equipment, they don’t use towels so when they file your nails all the dust is over you, poor lighting and no central air. Honestly save your money and time before going here. They never want to listen to what you want and try their hardest to do what they want instead and when you insist on what you want they get frustrated. Almost like they don’t want to work. I would avoid going here.
My name is Monika I’ve been a customer for long time and generally have a great experience. My only suggestion is to pay closer attention when clients request specific nail shapes and lengths. I prefer my nails short, even, and square, but they sometimes end up uneven or different shapes. Overall, the service is very good.
They are the best in Toronto no jokes I go back each month.
