Terrible Experience! The so-called 'massage therapist"completely unprofessional,zero massage skills. No relaxing music, no pleasant frangrance-just disgusting smell,like garbage bin left open in the spa room. Complete waste of time & Money.
If I could give 0 stars, I would …. worst massage experience ever. The therapist had absolutely no knowledge of massage techniques and was completely unprofessional. I paid for an hour but only got 35 minutes of rushed, painful massage. They intentionally take payment before the massage, then aggressively demand a tip afterward. Instead of feeling relaxed, my body is in more pain, and I even have bruises from their rough handling.
