I usually get a gel manicure once per month to extend its life. We tried this location for the first time and within 10 days, my polish was peeling and subsequently, my nails are in need of a touch up. Sadly, I will not be coming back.

I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of my recent pedicure. From the start, the service felt disorganized. I had called that morning to book a 12:30pm appointment and provided my name, but when I arrived, the staff didn’t ask for it. They seemed confused and unsure who could take me, and it felt like my appointment wasn’t properly noted at all. I also noticed that I wasn’t treated the same as clients who came in after me. I had an awful experience at another salon so I went here to have the nails removed. The girl was so sweet and did an excellent job!! I will be back!
