Building is current under renovation without clear sign of ER entrance. The security person is GREAT and he pulled the wheelchair right away when my husband walked into the ER with severe pain. the exam and also the blood draw were NOT done in private area so there is no privacy (and of course, staff - the NP who did physical exam and phlebotomist did not wash hands before and after each patient’s care). We got dc’d from ER with two pain med daily including a narcotic Norco. the prescription said daily but I have strong feel... read more

Rude and confused staff. Hope you get transported to any other emergency room other than here. Hospital has weird setup. Polished metal in-between rooms and spacing where everyone sees eachother, eyes accidentally locking, while others snoop into partitions of patientswho have been admitted before getting assigned a room. No privacy. Major construction right now, so it is like the "Thunderdome." Thence deplorable parking. Been this way for a minute.

Take about 5 hrs to give you results and another 3 hrs to discharge you. Went in at 10 am out by 6pm And it’s so dirty they took me to a room to ckeck my pelvis and there was blood on the bed. They are disorganized and kept asking for my name to discharge me but kept saying just hang out a minute ok and kept me waiting and waiting Never going back here even if I have to drive to the other side of the city
