One of worst experiences in my life, mean uncaring Drs, cruel hateful nurses, and filthy exam room. This place is a total crap hole, I just can't figure out how they are still in operation. If you can please go to a different emergency room, they are going to hurt you at this one :(
Do not come here. The staff is extremely disorganized and the wait time is ridiculous. After 5-6 hours, they told us everything looked fine. Then after 9 hours, when we asked to leave, they suddenly said it was dangerous because our family member had an infection and could be at risk if we left. They do not seem to have the capacity to handle real emergencies. We were moved back and forth from the small ER waiting room to outside, then placed in a hallway and left waiting even longer with no clear communication or explanatio... read more
