Absolutely a waste of time . The staff is Very Unprofessional The Pregnant Worker with the Dreads literally tried to fight me while I was minding my business watching TV . I'm so glad everything is on video because I'm getting a lawyer . I was traumatized .
Queen of Peace gave me the tools to save myself from alcohol addiction. Overall, I found the staff to be dedicated, hardworking, and compassionate. It’s scary admitting you need help with an addiction, especially when you realize you need inpatient treatment. I had a tough time adjusting at first (ended up with 8! roommates in 2 months) but the counselors, peer support staff, and BHTs were always understanding, and supportive. The entire staff is new. The director started in January and the new BHT boss started training with me for the position in August. It's a hostile and toxic environment to work in. So you can imagine how some of the clients feel. I have witnessed staff eating snacks that are for the clients, sleeping on my shift etc. If you text or call the boss to let them no you are leaving to difuse conflict in the workplace.
