Really good people, Robbie, David, Astrid. They treated me awesome good customer service. I would recommend buying or selling here.
Went here and the customer service 10/10! Robbie chapa trevor both super helpful and super nice.
Trevor, Robbie and Ms. Astrid greeted me into their store as soon as I walked in. The store was clean, nice inventory with good prices. Definitely making it my first pawn stop when I need anything.
Excellent service from Trevor, Chapa, and David: great price, attentive, patient, and awesome customer service, a hidden gem.
I had an amazing experience at Queens of Pawn on State Road 7 in Davie! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was clean, welcoming, and professional. The staff really stood out—they were friendly, knowledgeable, and treated me with respect the entire time. A special shoutout to Astrid and Robbie—they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. They were patient, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s not every day you come across customer service like that!
