I went there yesterday to get my nails done for my birthday and it was the worse experience ever. I scheduled an appointment and paid $20 deposit, my appointment was with Grimelly and her customer service was terrible. I booked gel x and she suggested that I do acrylic and I told her no, I prefer gel x. I get gel x all the time and yesterday was the first time , the process was painful.
