Horrible last experience. Firstly i called in and asked for a deep clean for my entire house they gave me a price and i immediately booked it. She shows up, only one girl so at first i was a little confused but whatever. First thing she said was “Im here for a basic clean right?” Already off to a horrible start and thats the second thing im concerned about. I go umm no, a deep clean. I paid $437 for basically a vacuum job. I’m preparing to sell my home so I requested a full deep cleaning and paid extra for add ons, including vacuuming of the stairs. That being said they were not touched. No surface in the entire home appeared to be wiped or even dusted. Kitchen counters left sticky from food remnants and covered in crumbs, mirrors still smudged. This was my first experience with Queen of Maids and I would highly recommend them. My cleaners were on time, worked quickly and efficiently and were very thorough. The house turned out beautifully. I would like to add that they are very reasonably priced as well. Office staff was friendly and efficient. I will definitely use them again in the future!
