I have recently moved to the area and was looking for dentist near me. Got emergency appointment at Queen napier dental for my wisdom tooth extraction . OPG was done at the clinic so was able to do tooth pulled out in same appointment Dr Thomas was really caring and professional explained everything step by step and while extraction he keep on checking my comfort level and it was done smoothly. I came in so scared as I don't come to the dentist often but the receptionist made me so comfortable. The ambience was like state of art and modern with latest technology machines.. Good part i liked is cleanliness as it was very clean and tidy The dentist Dr Avni talked to me and explained everything what possible options to be done. From the minute I walked in I was greeted so kindly by Alana in reception, I saw Dr. Avni, whom along side her assistant Nevaeh were both wonderful and extremely comforting. My treatment plan & cost was explained well, with no hidden suprises, I experienced absolutely no pain throughout my treatment and I was asked lots of times if I was comfortable and happy! Had a root canal followed by a crown placement here, and the whole process went smoothly from start to finish. The dentist explained each step clearly, which made a procedure I was nervous about feel much less intimidating. Numbing was thorough, so I felt little to no pain during the treatment. The crown fits perfectly and matches my natural teeth well — you can't tell it's not original. First I came in for emergency tooth, very nervous but didn't have to worry. Very happy with the care and thoroughness of Dr Avni. I have just had another visit and it is consistent care. The staff - being Nurse Kerrie and Nurse Neveah and Dr. Tavleen. - have to mention the receptionist also Alana. Thanks for a friendly but professional service.
