I have recently moved to the area and was looking for dentist near me. Got emergency appointment at Queen napier dental for my wisdom tooth extraction . OPG was done at the clinic so was able to do tooth pulled out in same appointment Dr Thomas was really caring and professional explained everything step by step and while extraction he keep on checking my comfort level and it was done smoothly. I came in so scared as I don't come to the dentist often but the receptionist made me so comfortable. The ambience was like state of art and modern with latest technology machines.. Good part i liked is cleanliness as it was very clean and tidy The dentist Dr Avni talked to me and explained everything what possible options to be done. From the minute I walked in I was greeted so kindly by Alana in reception, I saw Dr. Avni, whom along side her assistant Nevaeh were both wonderful and extremely comforting. My treatment plan & cost was explained well, with no hidden suprises, I experienced absolutely no pain throughout my treatment and I was asked lots of times if I was comfortable and happy! Great service from the team @Queen Napier Dental. I got an emergency appointment and had my wisdom teeth extraction on the very same day!!! Dr. Avni and Dr. Thomas explained the procedure and all possible complications. The procedure done very gently and the staffs made sure that I am comfortable during the entire procedure. They even contacted me after 2 days to check how I’m doing after the procedure. Thank you all so much for your support ❤️.
