I recently went to get a gel manicure and the owner/manager did my nails…. She did a very sloppy job to say the least. It was 45 mins from closing and she clearly was not concerned with the quality of her work. I had to point out multiple issues with the manicure as she worked…. Sophia was wonderful!! I had two broken nails and she was able to save them by building them up with builder gel. I left feeling like a million bucks. I will definitely be back and ask for her by name. 🫶
