Customer service is trash and They do not tell you upfront that they only take cash which was frustrating because it is not stated online. I called in advance asking questions as a first time client. The senior lady tech burned me with the towels and proceeded to handle me roughly. It appeared that they did not care about me being a repeat client. I do not recommend.
I’m not one to leave reviews, but this experience was truly uncomfortable. As a paying customer, you expect at least basic respect — especially with how high prices already are — but that’s not what I got. I went to get my nails done, and the man sitting at the first table behind the counter on the right was extremely rough. He used the filing machine so aggressively that it was burning my nails. Nick is amazing! I love my nails, he did them exactly how I like them. Definitely my new spot.
Don’t go here!! They took a drill to my nails with shellac on them. When I looked at the drill head he used I was ABSOLUTELY terrified. No wonder it hurt so bad. When I said to the guy “there’s no way you used that on my bare nail” he said “yeah, that’s what we use here.” I got up and left. DO NOT GO HERE!! They will DESTROY your nails. It took me 3 months to get my nail health back and this kid literally destroyed them in 60 seconds. I’m infuriated.
Walked in to get me a full set, pedicure, and eyebrow waxed. Man at the counter looked at his books stated they were fully booked and the entire location was completely empty. I am not over exaggerating. You would turn down someone right in your face for a possibility. This is bad business.
