Upon entering Queen salon, I was met with cold negative energy. After choosing my color, which was to be funny bunny with a whitish silver cat eye on top, I received funny bunny without the cat eye effect, and simply a silver sparkle on top, no magnet used to manipulate color and light. This salon is absolutely the best! The staff are kind, professional, and pay attention to every detail. My nails turned out perfect — beautiful shape, smooth finish, and exactly what I wanted. The atmosphere is relaxing, clean, and welcoming. It’s always a pleasure to come here. Highly recommend!

I got an acrylic fill in with gel polish and the gel didn’t cure properly so they started chipping and peeling within the hour just from washing my hands. When I called to see if they could fix them, their response was rude. They tried to deny that it could’ve happened and said they wouldn’t be able to fix it until the next day. I informed them I was traveling and was only in the area for one day and requested a refund—she said no and hung up on me. Do not go to this salon.
