Had a very terrible experience at this salon. The person was very rude. When I said the water was too hot for my feet (im diabetic) he had real attitude start jerking things around. When i needed to move in closer he didnt speak he just grabbed my chair and pulled me. Im elderly and it was terrible. And acted surprised when i did not leave a tip. Will never go back!!! Take caution. I see why they only have 3 starts. It was just a simple mani/pedi and he went super fast and the job was sloppy
I’m very disappointed. I have had mani and pedi here before and they were good but I had my daughter and 5 year old granddaughter go to get nails done. My daughter said they moved her to a chair away from my granddaughter so it was hard to see my granddaughter. She said my granddaughter’s nails were not done very well and even the girl doing my daughter nails was not happy with the way my granddaughter’s nails were done. I’ve gotten my nails done all over this country over the last 30 years have never felt more unwelcome and had such begrudging service. I will not speculate on why I felt unwelcome, but I did at the end of the service,I almost felt this so I wanted to cry. I am always cheerful and very respectful to people who deliver service to me, but I found myself frowning, and feeling irritated at the way the gentleman was handling my feet and the young lady filing my nails.They were doing my fill in my pedicure at the same time. Unfortunately disappointed in the treatment I myself, as well as some of my family members have received from this place. Simple fixes prove to be an issue. I've gotten the same lady each time I've visited and she does not take her time and is rather careless when it comes to my hands. She's hurt me when roughly trimming my cuticles before and even gotten angry over unintentional hand twitches that cannot be helped.
