This is the absolute worst place I’ve ever been in my life. The lady who does acrylic nails is extremely disrespectful. What happened with me is I went in to get my nails done? I told her what color and what shape she did the exact opposite of a shape, she got mad at me because I was taking my time at picking a color and decided that she was just gonna take my nails off start taking them off and tells me that I still have to pay her and I told her no you already put them on. Why don’t you just finish the job and do it right ... read more
I never leave bad reviews but I am Never coming here again. I was a walk in and asked for a pedicure. I was grateful they took me in (there was nobody in the salon btw). The elder nail technician was the one who was doing my pedicure. I asked if she could cut the sides of my big toes. She was EXTREMELY rough, heavy handed, and made me bleed FOUR TIMES. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Queens Nails in Desert Hot Springs. I had gel nails done, and the polish was applied over my cuticles instead of properly shaped and sealed. It has been a week, and the gel is already lifting and catching in my hair, which should never happen with a proper gel service. On top of that, I was not charged the price I was quoted over the phone. The final total was higher with no explanation. After reading other reviews, it’s clear this is a common issue—they seem to make up price... read more
The work is good, prices not set. Went for a basic fill, the grow length was a little extra about a week more growth than usual. Charged $55 for basic white and green matte. I paid $58 originally black with an orange cateye, so I’m not very happy with the price range. Less material was used this time, plus less time was taken, with no type of cateye or design. IF SUGGEST TO ALWAYS CHRCK BEFORE HAND BECAUSE THEY FO NOT HAVE PRICES POSTED, they make them up as they go.
