They definitely pick and choose who to service and when I went because I saw how good of a job they did on someone eye brows and went to check it out I walked in them and what you could tell were regulars looked at me like I was crazy no one asked me if I needed service and when they finally did after 10 minutes they claim to have no one there for the service I wanted I asked for a pedicure was told it was a 45 minute wait while other women were walking in and getting out in chairs immediately after me I just left terrible c... read more

Horrible service. They arent afraid of losing customers it seems because they have such a flowing line of customers coming in. When you arrive you put your name on the list and wait this is common on any day because again they are always busy. People are walking in and out some sitting and getting serviced immediately saying they left and came back. I am beyond irritated. Came in for a pedicure and an acrylic full set. The salon was short on time and told me they could no longer do a acrylic full set, which is ok. I asked them to trim my nails and cuticles only for the sake of time. For what I thought would be $5 to $10 according to their price list, I was charged for a full manicure. If this is supposed to be a manicure, it is the worst manicure I have ever seen. I could’ve done better chewing at my own hands. My hands are hurting and raggedy. Services were okay, but the place is unsanitary. Providers don’t change wax sticks—they keep dipping the same one back into the wax, which spreads germs. The razors aren’t cleaned either. I saw this happening and decided to leave.
