I came here yesterday to get my nails done. I was kind of in a hurry because I had to get to work, so as soon as they finished, I paid and left. I’m a cashier, so people see my hands all day. I have been coming here for some time and the work for pedicure by the only one tech I go to is exceptional. However, they don’t have a clue about their clients time, the disrespect is beyond me. If I take my time and effort to set up an appointment, I should be seen in my timeframe. I have now had two times where I’m the one with the appointment and q walk in is in my spot being serviced. This place is my go to nail spot in pico. All the staff is amazing and friendly feels like family. I like to spoil myself here when get a chance with my busy work schedule and sports mom. My daughters and I been coming here for sometime now and the biggest plus is this spot is just a few blocks away from my house.
