I'm new to the area and wanted to find a decent nail salon to establish myself with and visit regularly. I seldom ask for designs, and I keep my acrylic nail services fairly basic. The most complicated thing I ask for is almond shaped nails. I booked with the nail tech I saw most people talking about, and got my old set soaked off first to eliminate potential issues. I hadn't been to Queen's in years but my regular nail salon was closed yesterday so I stopped here since I was in the vicinity. Everybody was extremely nice. Unfortunately my nail technician did not do a good job on my nails. Looking at my nails they are lumpy and uneven, she didn't level out the acrylic properly and she didn't shape my nails the way that I asked. 😡
I spent $82.25 for what was honestly the worst pedicure experience I’ve ever had. The young lady who did my pedicure seemed like she did not want to be there based on her body language and lack of effort throughout the service. I had to ask her to file my nails properly and even remind her to actually massage my legs and feet, which is clearly listed as part of the “Signature” pedicure service.
